Beyonce gets another honor!

Beyonce will take over the MTV Video Music Awards on August 24th. Nominated for 8 VMAs, but she'll also receive the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award and take the stage to perform. Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Madonna, the Beastie Boys and of course Michael Jackson are some of the past Video Vanguard recipients, all of whom were honored for their total body of work. This year, Beyonce is nominated for Video of the Year, Best Female Video, Best Collaboration, Best Video with a Social Message, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, Best Choreography and Best Direction. During her career she's won 11 VMAs. This will also be Beyonce's fourth performance at the VMAs.

Meanwhile, Beyonce has been accused of “getting too close” to one of her bodyguards in the latest rumor surrounding her marriage. According to Radar Online, Beyonce has reportedly formed a close relationship with bodyguard Julius de Boer, who has worked for her since 2008. There is now a rumor that de Boer is getting fired, perhaps in an effort for Beyonce and Jay to save their marriage.

Lady Gaga was hospitalized for altitude sickness following her artRAVE: The ARTPOP Ball show in Denver, Colorado last night. Gaga, posted a photo to Instagram wearing an oxygen mask. Check out the pic here! Altitude sickness affects many people in places like Denver, which is, as its nickname suggests, an entire mile above sea level. Denver's official website even warns: "Watch Your Physical Activity."

Neverland Ranch is going on the market. Mark Blackwell, former SPIN magazine editor, started a GoFundMe campaign to purchase the famed residence of the late Michael Jackson. In the event that Blackwell fails to raise the estimated $75 million necessary to purchase Neverland Ranch, he plans to use the money earned through the campaign for “some other worthy cause”. For just $20 fans can “become an honorary Jackson” and snag a T-shirt that says “I Helped Buy Neverland”. For the $15,000 contributors, they can expect “a private MJ experience”.

Bill Cosby is on his way back to NBC. He will play “Jonathan Franklin, a patriarch of a multi-generational family who shares his many years of wit, wisdom and experience to help his daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren navigate their complicated modern lives.” Word is the new show could hit our TVs as early as Summer 2015.

Robert Downey Jr.’s son Indio was charged with felony drug possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia stemming from his cocaine arrest last month. TMZ says the 20-year-old was in a car with two others when they were pulled over by police. Afterwards, his famous dad, who also struggled with addiction, spoke out in support of him. “Unfortunately there’s a genetic compound to addiction and Indio has likely inherited. There’s a lot of family support and understanding, and we’re all determined to rally behind him.”

“Real Housewives of New York City” star Ramona Singer announced she is leaving her husband Mario. She Tweeted “I have decided to move on with life without Mario. I tried my best to make my marriage work. I am excited for the new chapter in my life.” They have been together for more than 20 years, but just this year, reports circulated about how he and his girlfriend were caught at the couple’s Hamptons home. Bravo tweeted, “Sending love and support to the lovely @ramonasinger!”
