Beyoncé and Jay Z rumors are picking up steam!

The rumors of a breakup between Jay Z and Beyoncé are picking up steam. The stories of unhappiness and infidelity just keep unfolding and really picked up speed after that famous elevator fight. Word is their high-profile marriage is just a business arrangement that will wind down once the On The Run tour ends.

It looks like Robin Thicke needs to find another place to live because the home he shared with estranged wife, Paula Patton has been put on the market. Paula just listed the Bel Air home for $2.9 million. The home was originally purchased by Robin’s dad, Alan Thicke, back in 1990 for $910,000. The home overlooks Hollywood and downtown Los Angeles.

Shia LaBeouf is sober for now and thanks to Brad Pitt he will stay that way. The two are gearing up to do heavy press for their upcoming World War Two movie Fury. According to sources, Shia wants to stay on the straight and narrow because he's terrified of embarrassing Brad. TMZ adds that Shia is taking his outpatient alcohol treatment program "seriously" and he's ready to dive back into the acting game.

The New York Yankees will honor their captain Derek Jeter on September 7th - but they're not alone. The Show Palace in Queens, an all-nude strip club here in New York City is also honoring him in Mets territory. They are offering the entire Yankees organization free admission and two free lap dances by girls painted in pinstripes and if Derek decides to show up, he'll receive unlimited lap dances, food and lifetime admission. Not only that, they're offering free admission to anyone who wears a Jeter jersey.

Congratulations to Zac Efron, he’s claimed the title of “Hottest Hunk 2014.” A few months ago, MTV awarded him the "Oscar for Abs," otherwise known as the best Shirtless Performance for his role in That Awkward Moment.

Will Ferrell and some of his producer friends are going to remake of 1980s short-lived crime series “Manimal.” The original series starred Simon MacCorkindale as Dr. Jonathan Chase, a man who had the ability to transform into any animal, and used his ability to help police solve crimes. The new film will of course have comedic elements in addition to action.

Downton Abbey fans — the British series’ fifth season has a Stateside premiere date: Sunday, January 4th on Masterpiece.

“Weird” Al Yankovic is number 1 on the pop charts. His “Mandatory Fun” album sold 105,000 copies last week — twice as many as the previous number 1, Sia, sold of her CD. No doubt the album’s popularity has a lot to do with Al releasing a bunch of videos over the last week.
