And this is where everyone panics because they don't like change. ;) Not to worry - if this is mostly to incorporate 'Graph Search', I signed up to use a beta version of it and it's not bad at all.
Just a heads up, starting Thursday, your FB may look a little different. ::crosses fingers:: that it's a good change.

Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was great - family time/trapeze practice per usual. Mel & I actually hung some silks to stretch on... she has more experience than I do on them so she showed me a few things (that were VERY low to the ground), and I practiced the locks that I already know.
I'm not actually dyslexic, but I've always had a problem figuring out right/left when it comes to athletics/choreography/dance/gymnastics, etc...
If I'm standing still, it's no problem at all... but moving and/or inverted (especially inverted)... I feel so DUMB! It almost never helps when I have a coach instructing me telling me to move my left hand to the right rope. I get so confused.
The one thing I found helpful with this fabric in particular were the 2 different colors! BOY did that make a difference. I also loved how some of the poses really translated well from trapeze:
2 weeks in and I've definitely lost weight from just getting rid of junk. That's the easiest way to describe my diet. No more junk. Also, throw some pilates into the mix. There's a definite change and you can see in my before/after picture which I'm too ashamed to post. (The before part!) ;) At the start of Winter, I must have gone into hybernation mode... maybe a few more weeks I'll post... but then again... maybe not.
Diet tip: Trade in the ketchup for some hot sauce. (Ketchup contains a load of sugar.) How did it take me so long to discover this AMAZING combo?! Eggs will never be the same. Yum!
Also, don't go hungry at work! Remember your body needs fuel to keep you going throughout the day. If you don't have time for a meal, use these as emergency food! They're SO tasty. I'll usually bring one of these & a packet of Wild Squirrel Nut Butter to snack on in the studio if I'm not in the mood for lunch (or had a nice breakfast.)
Have a great day! Xx W
