Film critic Roger Ebert has died. He was 70. The news comes only one day after he announced on his blog that he was once again battling cancer. Ebert had been in poor health over the past decade, battling cancers of the thyroid and salivary gland. He lost part of his lower jaw in 2006, and with it the ability to speak and eat. Ebert reviewed movies for the Chicago Sun-Times for 46 years, and up until his death he was syndicated in more than 200 newspapers. He was on TV for 31 years, starting in 1975 on the PBS movie review show Opening Soon at a Theater Near You alongside Gene Siskel. The duo's catchphrase "Two Thumbs Up" would later become iconic. Ebert won the Pulitzer Prize for Criticism in 1975. He is survived by his wife, a step-daughter and two step-grandchildren.

A judge has ordered that Sylvester Stallone needs to stay away from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Mohamed Hadid. Hadid and the Rocky star have been involved in a lawsuit since last year which has gotten ugly with Stallone reportedly threatening Mohamed numerous times. It all stems back from 2008 when they met for a possible real estate project and Mohamed claims he witnessed Sylvester go through mood swings which included threats to blow Mohamed's head off and smashing it in with a baseball bat. A hearing will be held on April 23rd to decide whether to extend the order.
