Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have turned down several offers for their Bel Air mansion -- even though those bids would have netted them $1 million profit. According to TMZ, the couple bought the home for $9 million at the end of January and have already been offered $10.5 million for it. But they're saying "no thanks" because they've already started re-modeling and are looking forward to moving in several months from now.

Holly Madison has a plan for what to do after she gives birth. She wrote on her blog that she plans to have her placenta turned into pills that she will take after her daughter is born. The pills are made from the placenta which is cleaned, cooked and processed before being placed into capsule form. According to US Weekly, the pills are supposed to help nourish the body and are also said to help ward off postpartum depression. Madison is due next week.

Congratulations to former “American Idol” contestant Justin Guarini. He just welcomed his 2nd son. His wife Reina Capodici gave birth to their second son this week. He joins big brother William Niko Bell as well as Lola, Reina, daughter from a previous relationship.

Here’s what’s breaking out at the movies today. There is the adventure “Jack the Giant Slayer” as well as the drama “Stoker.” There’s also a pair of thrillers; “The Last Exorcism Part II” and “Phantom” and the comedy “21 and Over.”

Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock have been hinting a joint tour for a while, but it came closer to reality yesterday after the pair made joint appearance at NY's Comedy Cellar. Neither comic was scheduled to perform, but Chappelle shocked the crowd with a 45-minute set, after which Rock emerged from the audience and joined him for another hour of banter. According to HipHopWired, the 2 discussed their desire to tour together, with Rock saying he would be free after he finished filming a movie. After Chappelle said the show could just be the two of them talking, which he called "Fireside Chats With Chris Rock," Rock responded, 'I'm in!"

Lindsay Lohan's lawyer didn't make a deal with prosecutors in California yesterday. Mark Heller and prosecutors in Lindsay's probation case -- the one where she lied to police about her crashed Porsche -- were scheduled to negotiate a plea deal. But after an hour on the phone, the 2 sides couldn't get together, because Lindsay is adamant about staying out of rehab. The 2 sides plan to continue negotiating, but Lindsay's trial is scheduled to start on March 18th.

Beyonce is hitting the road next month for the Mrs. Carter Show world tour -- so she is reportedly spending as much time with her daughter Blue Ivy as she can. The UK leg of Beyonce's tour starts in Belgrade, Serbia April 15th and will end May 29th. Beyonce will then rest for a month and hit the road again in the states from June 28th until August 5th, where her final show will be held at the Barclays Center.  

In other Beyonce news, she has teamed up with Salma Hayek and Gucci to launch the campaign Chime for Change. The campaign aims to support projects for women and girls around the world and share inspiring stories throughout a series of 10 short films.

Fergie and Josh Duhamel are expecting their first child and it apparently was quite a surprise. Josh told E!, how Fergie broke the news to him. He said, "She was the one when we first found out that was like, 'This [bleep] just got real. Those were the first words out of her mouth." Josh said "I'm not 24. I've got some life experience that I think I can impart. My mother was the disciplinarian and my father was more of a free spirit. Hopefully I'm somewhere in between."
