Lindsay Lohan’s case against Pitbull has been dismissed by a New York federal judge.  Lindsay had sued Pitbull for using her name in his song, “Give Me Everything,” when he raps, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.”  She claimed he never asked permission to use her name, and therefore had no right to profit off of it.  But a judge ruled the song is protected by the first amendment and also dismissed Lindsay’s claims of suffering from “emotional distress” because of it.

It’s a boy for Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose!  The engaged couple welcomed their first child yesterday, Sebastian Taylor Thomaz.  The proud dad tweeted, “Happy Birthday!!! Everyone welcome this perfect young man into the world.”

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are moving in together.  Mila will be moving in to Ashton’s 9000-square-foot mansion in the Hollywood Hills.  The former “That ‘70s Show” co-stars have been dating since last spring.

It was announced yesterday that a Cirque Du Soleil show based on the music of Michael Jackson will premiere in Vegas this summer.  “Michael Jackson ONE” will be performed at Mandalay Bay starting June 29th and will feature over 60 dancers and aerialists.  Executives say the show will be different from the current Cirque show, “Immortal,” which also features MJ’s music.

Diane Lane and Josh Brolin are divorcing after eight years of marriage.  The pair split a couple of months ago, and according to US Magazine, “It was a mutual decision.  It is very amicable.  It’s not ugly.  It’s just over.”

According to TMZ, Octomom Nadya Suleman has a license to buy medicinal marijuana and is under the influence while taking care of her 14 kids.  She apparently injests the marijuana through baked goods, and only does it when her nannies are not around.
