Kelly Clarkson felt the need to clear some things up after she read about what Clive Davis had to say about her in his just-released memoir.  The Grammy winner wrote on her blog yesterday, "His stories and songs are mixed up."  In his book, Davis claims Clarkson cried hysterically to him while discussing the inclusion of her song, "Since U Been Gone," on her second album, "Breakaway."  Kelly said that's "not true at all," but that she DID cry when she played him a song she wrote, "Because of You."  She said, "He hated it and told me verbatim that I was a s***ty writer who should be grateful for the gifts he bestows upon me."  Davis says that wasn't case.

Congratulations to Mario Lopez - he and his wife, Courtney, are expecting their second child.  The "X-Factor" host announced the news yesterday on "EXTRA" that Courney is due in late summer.  The couple already has a two year old daughter, Gia.

We reported yesterday that Mario’s “X-Factor” co-host Khloe Kardashian was given the ax from the show, but now according to FOX no final decisions have been made yet regarding her future on the show.  An “X-Factor” rep said, “The producers have not yet made the talent decisions for this year.”

The sound of a chilling phone call has been obtained featuring a convicted murderer talking to a hit man he hired, along with a fellow inmate, to kill and castrate Justin Bieber.  The planned attack was supposed to happen here in New York City while he’s in town performing and involved “hedgeclippers,” but luckily cops were able to intercept the two men.
