Just got back from a fun vacation in Las Vegas! It was about 90 degrees there all week, so the 50 degree weather when I landed in Newark Friday morning was a bit of a shock! Supposed to be gorgeous this weekend though, crisp and sunny Saturday and Sunday, so I'll take it.
After a much needed post-Vegas nap Friday afternoon, I got into the Autumn spirit and went pumpkin picking. I'm actually not a fan of the fall pumpkin craze that so many people seem to be into...pumpkin lattes, pumpkin coffee, pumpkin pie...no thanks. But I DO love pumpkin seeds! Don't throw out all your pumpkin guts! We scoop out the seeds, salt em up and roast em in the oven...sooooo good. I'm no artist, but I try my best with the carving lol:

Jets have a tough one tomorrow against the Chargers...hope Gang Green is ready. Catch you next week for Halloween weekend!
