Guilty as charged - I LOVE Ke$ha. I can't help it, her music is so darn catchy! Clearly, I love her so much I'm dedicating an entire blog post to her. She's gotten kind of a bad rep as just being a crazy glittery pop music mess - although, I don't really see what's so wrong with any of that. This girl is way more talented than you may realize. She writes a ton of music. For example, did you know she wrote "Til the World Ends?" Yes, the Britney Spears song! Well, Ke$ha has now impressed me again. You HAVE to check out her "deconstructed" version of her newest hit, "Die Young," it's basically an acoustic slowed down version of it and girl can SANG...let me know what you think :)

Jamie is a born and raised Jersey girl and is thrilled to be keeping you movin' on KTU! While earning her degree in broadcast journalism from Hofstra University, she worked with the best of the best at their student-run radio station, 88.7FM WRHU, and landed numerous internships at radio stations around New York City.
After college, Jamie worked as a freelance reporter for Cablevision's News 12 Traffic & Weather. Now you can hear her every day as morning traffic reporter “Julie Moore” on KTU's sister station, Z100. When she's not busy being a radio geek, Jamie enjoys keeping up with celebrity gossip and trashy reality television, traveling, concerts, and cooking (and eating). Over the summer you're most likely to find her at Yankee Stadium, and she's also a huge NY Jets fan! Catch Jamie on KTU weekends, and sometimes in the mornings filling in for the incredible Cindy Vero!
