The other day I was walking around the city with my friend Chris killing time before a show (saw "Bring It On" - lots of fun!) and I saw this in the crosswalk:

This, my friends, is NYC's desperate plea with pedestrians to PAY ATTENTION to where we're walking - especially crossing a busy city street like 9th Ave where we were - instead of looking down at our PHONES!  Seems silly, but I admit I've caught myself being too caught up in my touchscreen and walking into somebody, or a building, or almost a speeding vehicle...and admit it, most likely you have, too!  We are tech-obsessed, and I just found this article on CNN.com with a list that we all need to start abiding by:  10 Smartphone Habits You Should Avoid!!!

I'm gonna be away for the next couple of weeks on vacation.  Looking forward to some time off, but I'll be missing you KTU!  Til next time :)
