Pride Toastmasters Founder/Former President Dale Blagrove and Former Presidents Mardeah Gbotoe and Mark Reiter along with Treasurer Wayne Lydon join KTU Cares to talk about their fantastic program. Pride Toastmasters strives to provide a mutually supportive environment where members and guests can overcome their fears of public speaking and can improve their speaking and leadership skills. All of the club officers, who serve strictly on a volunteer basis, feel that our group is vitally important in a community where many never find their voices. Pride Toastmasters is the fastest growing club in New York City. Uniquely tailored to the needs of the LGBT Community, they meet every Thursday night at 6:15pm - rain or shine - at the historic LGBT Center in the West Village.
