Barry Wasserman, Ph.D., is the owner and operator of Eagles Landing Day Camp in North Brunswick,NJ. The camp is hosting a Hurricane Relief Fun Run on January 1st from 11am-1pm. The Fun Run for adults and kids, have challenges and obstacles like a Tough Mudder or Color Run event. Live music and Dj’s all day long and there will be a silent auction as well. The camp is looking to get some donations for the silent auction, with 100% of the proceeds going to Hurricane Sandy Relief. Barry has been a camp director for 24 years. Prior to creating Eagle’s Landing, Barry was the Director of both Eagle River Day Camp in Monroe for 8 years and Lake-Vu Day Camp in East Brunswick for 14 years. Barry serves on the Board of Advisors for Camp America, a division of the American Institute for Foreign Study (AIFS). He has also previously served as President, Vice President and Treasurer of the NJ Association of Private Camps, and as a Board Member of the American Camp Association.
