Debbie Goetz and Anthony Gonzalez join the KTU Cares program to talk about the Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma walk/run coming up Sunday, June 10th at OverPeck Park Challenger Road in Ridgefield Park, NJ. They will share how Scleroderma has affected their family and more. The Stepping Out to Cure Scleroderma walk and 5K is an event to raise awareness and money needed to deal with this devastating autoimmune disease. Money raised at this event will be used to help fund research efforts and provide patient support and education. To date there is no known cause or cure. Jes Pérez was born in Brooklyn, NY but raised in Santiago, Dominican Republic. While attending Barbizon modeling school, Jes began auditioning and modeling for magazines and fashion shows. In 2008, Jes began working as co-host on "Latinas on the Run", where her Dominican heritage skills in Spanish had its advantages. Returning to New York  gave her the opportunity to continue her education, where she earned a degree in video arts and technology. On May 19^th, Jes will launch the highly anticipated, Industry High at Highland Park.
