Two tractor-trailers, a sport utility vehicle, two cars, and actor Tracy Morgan's limo bus were involved in the early morning accident on the New Jersey Turnpike Saturday that seriously injured Morgan and killed comedian James McNair. Police say the accident was caused by a dozing Walmart truck driver who didn't see traffic slowing in front of his 18-wheeler until it was too late. The driver, Kevin Roper of Jonesboro, Georgia, has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto. The New Jersey Turnpike was closed for more than five hours after the crash.

Meanwhile, Tracy Morgan’s rep revealed he “remains in critical condition but he has been more responsive today. Tracy sustained a number of injuries including a broken leg, a broken femur, a broken nose and several broken ribs. He had surgery on his leg. We expect him to remain in the hospital for several weeks. His family is tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans."

After celebrating her win at Saturday's Spike TV Guys' Choice Awards, Sandra Bullock had a less light-hearted encounter when she arrived at her Los Angeles home. An intruder broke into her home early Sunday while she was there.
