Jennifer Lopez is no longer with her Casper Smart and looks like she’s already moved on to another dancer - Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy. The recently single singer has been busy promoting her latest studio album A.K.A. which is out June 17th. Lopez met Maks through her friend Leah Remini and her DWTS partner Tony Dovolani, but the two have been taking it slow due to work commitments. He danced with her at the American Music Awards last November and they kept in touch.
Legendary DJ Casey Kasem will live out his final days this week surrounded by his children, who have made the decision to withhold medication, food and fluids. The judge in Casey's conservatorship case reversed a ruling yesterday which required doctors to keep him alive with nourishment and meds. The 82-year-old is currently in a Washington hospice facility. Casey's kids say their dad told them, "If the extension of my life would result in mere biological existence, devoid of cognitive function, with no reasonable hope for normal functioning, then I do not desire any form of life-sustaining procedures, including nutrition and hydration."

The Walmart truck driver involved in the accident on the New Jersey Turnpike Saturday morning that left one dead and four critically injured – including Tracy Morgan – pleaded not guilty to vehicular homicide and assault. Kevin Roper is free on $50,000 bail. However, prosecutors are accusing him of not sleeping 24 hours prior to the crash. Morgan is expected to be hospitalized for several more weeks.
Security reportedly asked Ben Affleck to leave the Caesar Windsor Hotel and Casino in Ontario because of his reputation as an advantaged player. This wasn’t the first time he was excused from a casino, reports Star. Apparently in April he was caught counting cards at the Hard Rock Café in Las Vegas and was barred from playing black jack. “Ben walked in and went straight to the card games,” an onlooker blabbed. “His hair was a disaster and he looked like a mess.” His wife Jennifer Garner is said to be fed up with him and canceled a family trip to Detroit, where he’s filming the Batman movie.
Paula Deen is going digital for her comeback. Dean announced yesterday for the Paula Deen Network that a paid subscription-based network set to launch in September that will be accessible by computer, smartphone, or tablet. The network will feature daily programming in an unscripted format with new recipes, episodes, and cooking tools. Production for the network began last month at a new studio in Savannah, Georgia, that has been designed to look like the set of her first television show, Paula's Home Cooking. The set was built to accommodate a live studio audience, and guest appearances are planned.

NCIS garnered more than 57.6 million viewers worldwide in 2013.
