A jury found yesterday that concert promoter AEG Live was not negligent in the death of Michael Jackson and the singer's mother and children shouldn't receive any money in damages. After four days of deliberations, the Los Angeles Superior Court panel found that Dr. Conrad Murray, who gave MJ a deadly dose of propofol - a powerful anesthetic was not unfit or incompetent to perform the work for which he was hired.  

It is going around that Nicki Minaj cheated on her boyfriend, Safaree with Zac Efron! According to Mediatakeout via Star Magazine, Nicki had sex with Zac back in July at her house in West Hollywood. Sources say Nicki was telling everyone that Zac was the best lover she’s ever had! OOOOO!

Tom Clancy, the famed espionage writer, passed away Tuesday night at a hospital in Baltimore. He wrote a string of best-selling novels, including The Hunt for Red October, Patriot Games and Clear and Present Danger – all of which were adapted into films. Clancy's last novel, Command Authority, is scheduled to be released on December 3rd.

George Clooney had a sleepover with Croatian model Monika Jakisic an on-and-off fling since 2004, at his LA mansion September 25th. Back in May, the London-based Jakisic flirted at the London nightclub Loulou's. Even though he was still dating Stacy Keibler at the time sources say "they danced and held hands and he's been calling and texting her ever since." Keibler shared a photo of herself and new boyfriend Jared Pobre drinking wine in Paris together on Instagram Monday.

Rihanna was the target of an attempted burglary at her LA mansion over the weekend. It all went down this past Sunday at her home in the Pacific Palisades when an alarm company reported an attempted break-in. The suspect was seen on video surveillance at the back door attempting to gain entry to the residence. The intruder was unable to enter the home and nothing was taken or damaged; the suspect is still on the loose.

Prosecutors declined to press charges against Justin Bieber after a neighbor who had confronted Bieber about allegedly speeding around their gated community in Calabasas, CA, told police that Bieber spit in his face. Deputy DA Alan Yochelson wrote in his charges evaluation worksheet that Bieber's response to the incident "seems disproportionate and immature," but the evidence did not show "beyond a reasonable doubt" that his actions were criminal. Bieber’s people had no comment.

The investigation around Cory Monteith's death has been closed. An autopsy and toxicity screening in July showed Glee died of an overdose, with heroin and alcohol being among the substances found in his body, but the coroner's final report stated that his death was ruled accidental. The investigation confirmed that hotel video captured Mr. Monteith returning alone to his room at 2:16 am July 13th and that he was not seen alive again. Investigators at the scene found drug paraphernalia, including a spoon with drug residue and a used hypodermic needle, along with two empty champagne bottles and glasses.
