While the LA Sheriff’s Department raided Justin Beiber’s home yesterday in search of evidence of the egg-tossing vandalism incident, they wound up arresting his friend Lil Za for possession of drugs. At first it was believed to be cocaine, but authorities now believe it was Molly and Zanax. Police also seized the Justin’s security equipment hoping it would generate some egg evidence and he was accused of costing his neighborhood $20,000 in damages and a video surfaced with him shouting “I see you”…”I got another one for you, actually!” The plot thickens!
While on “The View” yesterday, singer Ciara announced she is expecting a baby with her fiancé, rapper Future. After confirming the good news, she stood up and revealed her baby bump. They just got engaged in October.
Speaking of The View, Barbara Walters spilled the beans on her co-host Jenny McCarthy was rejected by The Bachelorette after she tried to get herself on the ABC show back in 2005. Walters said to McCarthy, "You tried out to be a Bachelorette and you did not make it." McCarthy then blurted out. ""No one knows that. When I got a divorce, I was lonely. I needed to be loved. So I got my agent to call ABC and say I wanted to be the new Bachelorette and they said, 'No we're not using celebrities at this time.' Watch the reveal here!
The 13th Season of American Idol kicks off tonight. We will see talent from Austin and Boston. Keith Urban and Jennifer Lopez return, while Harry Connick Jr. joins the judge's table for the first time. The 2-hour premiere starts at 8 pm.
Speaking of Jennifer, she basically told Casper Smart through the media not to bother buying her a big engagement ring because she refuses to make a commitment to her young boyfriend. Lopez was asked about the possibility of walking down the aisle for the fourth time. She responded vaguely with “I don't know. We'll see. I don't know. I'm one of those people who does not like to be alone. I've always believed in marriage, but it is difficult. I've had my challenges.”
Last night, Jimmy Fallon took on the George Washington Bridge scandal around New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie on his show with a little help from famous New Jerseyan - Bruce Springsteen. Springsteen joined Fallon onstage during NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” to sing a parody of his classic hit, “Born to Run.” You must watch it here!
There's rumblings that Johnny Depp is engaged to Amber Heard. Photographers got a bird's-eye view of what appeared to be a diamond ring as Heard was leaving a restaurant the other night in Los Angeles. Reps for both Heard and Depp have not responded about the possible engagement. Keep your eye on that left hand!
Even though she’s been released from rehab, Amanda Bynes parents have her on 24-hour surveillance. Amanda can leave their house for only school classes and doctor’s appointments. Amanda is taking classes at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising and attended her first course where she was chatty with classmates, but rushed away as soon as the bell rang. Her parents have her on a strict schedule and forbid her from making new friends. They fear she’ll get mixed up with the bad seeds and start doing the wrong drugs and right now her prescribed meds keep her balanced.
