Chris Brown is headed to rehab following his weekend scuffle and arrest while still on probation for beating up Rihanna in 2009. His rep said he elected to enter a rehab facility and his goal is “to gain focus and insight into his past and recent behavior, enabling him to continue the pursuit of his life and his career from a healthier vantage point." Brown and his bodyguard Christopher Hollosy were released without bail from a Washington, D.C. jail Monday after a felony assault charge was reduced to a misdemeanor.

Camille Grammer is taking her boyfriend, Dimitri Charalambopoulos to court. TMZ reports that Grammer was granted a temporary restraining order against her younger boyfriend yesterday, after claiming he physically abused her. Grammer said that she and Charalambopoulos got into an argument on October 16th while staying at hotel in Houston, Texas after recovering from undergoing a "radical hysterectomy" on October 11th.
